Minimum Orders

Shore Solutions have a minimum provisions order of £2000 or €3000 (ex-VAT and freight). Minimum order of alcohol 12 bottles with minimum value of £500 (ex-VAT and freight).

Payments

Shore Solutions standard terms are payment in advance by bank transfer or credit card, within 7 days of delivery. The client shall indemnify Shore Solutions UK Ltd ('the Company') against all costs and expenses (including legal costs and expenses on full indemnity basis) incurred or sustained by the Company in recovering sums due in each case without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to the Company.

Shore Solutions trades in Euros, Dollars and Sterling. All quotes, pro-forma’s and invoices can be produced in any of the above currencies. All prices are correct at time of printing, but are subject to change due to market and economic factors and specifics of a particular order and delivery location.

Cancellations & Returns

Once the order has been placed and confirmed, including a date for shipment and delivery, either verbally, or in writing by email, fax or letter, it is not possible to cancel the order and payment must be made according the agreed terms. Prices are correct at time of publication. Shore Solutions reserves the right to alter prices without notice and goods will be charged at the price ruling at the date of dispatch.

Tax Free

Vessels that are eligible for tax-free goods must provide Shore Solutions with a copy of the ship’s registration papers at the time of the order being placed. We are then able to invoice you free of VAT / TVA, however we are not able to apply a rebate retrospectively. There are serious consequences for false declarations including the impounding of the vessel.

Claims

All risks in relations to products supplied by Shore Solutions shall pass to the customer immediately oupon delivery. Any breakages or damages should be notified on delivery to the carrier in writing or on the same day to the Company’s representatives by fax 00 44 207 403 2442 or email.

Disputes

The law governing all disputes is the law of England in the Jurisdiction of English Courts. THESE CONDITIONS OF TRADE MAY NOT BE CHANGED.
