We need to receive your order in writing, with details of your expected delivery date and location. We request a minimum order of £500 (ex Vat and Freight) and a minimum turnaround of 36 hours, from when the order is received, to delivery. If you have not purchased from us before, we also need to receive a completed Credit Agreement, as well as your registration papers, for ex VAT invoices. When your order is received, we review your requirements and call you to discuss your order within a maximum of 8 hours. We then confirm delivery dates and times. At this point we allocate an order number and start to place orders with our suppliers. From this point on, orders cannot be withdrawn or cancelled without incurring costs. Please refer to the cancellation conditions in our Terms of Trade.
As we work through your requirements we may have further questions or require clarification around particular items and we will call to discuss these with you as they arise.
In general the more notice we have for an order the better, as we can be more assured of obtaining all the items required. However, for deliveries to France, Antigua and Maldives, we request a minimum of 36 hours notice from order to delivery. Within this time we can source most general items, although more detailed or specific requests can take longer. For deliveries where a second stage of transportation is required (road freight or a further flight connection), for example to Sardinia or St Maarten, additional time should be allowed.
It is often the case that our clients have last minute items to add to their order, whether they are the latest requests from the charter guests, or drinks and interiors items to be added to a food order. We are always more than happy to try to accommodate these additions and will always do our utmost to include them within your delivery.
